Mary is a great sales person. She makes sure you get all the discounts you have coming and also gives great advice on where to save money. Love the store and it’s stand up movers when setting up your furniture.
Mary Hone is the best! She was knowledgeable and patient. Spent lots of time with us to be sure we had what we wanted, and personally had several of the items we were interested in so had good feel for product.. Gave us excellent advice on the quality products Rooms To Go offers.

Once the furniture finally arrives, after struggling to get a time and date... It's nice. Except for the broken table that was delivered... And the huge floor lamp is the wrong color, the sales man (Alex) wrote the order up wrong I never caught it until it was delivered. Daniela works in the office at Naples store, taking phone calls and customer service issues. She has a big attitude and a big mouth with little help, sitting in that desk chair. I will never order from rtg again. To many problems. Only positive thing to say about this whole fiasco is the delivery people are extremely hard working and polite. Everyone else we encountered sucked at their job
Fastest, easiest shopping experience! I've always had a great experience at Rooms to Go and yesterday was even better! We live in Illinois and have a condo in Southwest Florida. I received a Labor Day email showing a mattress sale. I needed to purchase a new king size bed, mattress and springs for the condo but didn't want it delivered until early October. Not knowing if I could purchase these items and have them held I called the store and was directed to sales associate Michael Roper. Michael answered all my questions and in less than 10 minutes I had accomplished everything I set out to do, thank you Michael! Can't wait to see the new bed set up in October! Rooms to Go has the best customer service and we'll be happy to purchase from them again even if it's from Illinois!
