However after all awaiting delivery guy knocked my door today to deliver we were excited for getting it finally. And guy went to truck in 5 minutes he came back and said "we have a problem boss" I was like what now. He said they sent broken console from both sides.
I ordered a fireplace console in middle of December, at that time they said it is backed ordered but it will be delivered by 20th January. However I awaited till 22nd January and called by my self to check the status. And lady answered we will deliver by 30th January awaited again till 30th and called. That day they said it's not scheduled to deliver for you and on phone they schedule for 5th of feb.
Staff was exceptional. They checked to find a new model in warehouse to provide instead of floor model. Held for us until we returned a month later. Prices were more than reasonable.

Worst Service ever. After 5 attempts to get everything delivered, we are still waiting. Once they have your money, they just don't care. Stay far away from this place.
Great quality furniture, and a very friendly sales experience. Post sale follow up needs a lot of work. Don't expect them to return your phone calls!

Words can't describe the idiotic, management, and sales team at the naples store. Javier has to be the worst customer service manager. I can't believe someone would put him in charge. In October we spent $14,000.00 in new furniture. We were supposed to receive a 10% return for a sale they were having. We financed 4,000.00 through Synchrony, their finance company, and are still awaiting our 1,400.00 return. Brought our bills into the store yesterday to show Kanes we haven't received our 1,400.00; got phone call today saying there were only 800.00 in credits. 300.00 has been sitting on my account as an in store credit since October, and the other 500.00 Kanes said we purchased more furniture. Are you kidding me?!? They never answer the phone when we call. The customer service rep from Naples today said she's now turning the problem back over to the sales rep...huh??? A 600.00 picture was damaged also during delivery and we just got our rug we ordered in October; it wasn't even delivered, rather we kept getting pushed back and delayed, ended up going to the store to pick up a display in store otherwise it would've gone on and on... Buyer beware, go some place different.
Hmmmm... I honestly regret that I awaited almost two months.
