I had a great experience purchasing an adjustable bed at City Furniture. My salesperson was AWESOME! She was patient and didn't rush me. She listened to what I said I needed and found just the right bed. I will definitely go back for my next purchase and ask for her - Erka S.
I just wanted to send out a special shout out to Francine....We were in last minute tonight and caught her as she was ending her shift... she treated us as if she had just clocked in.. she couldn't have been more knowledgeable and nicer than she was..a real class act.. if you go shop at this store.. you should request her as your salesperson.. you won't be disappointed..
The delivery happened as scheduled, the next day. It was very efficiently done. The two delivery men knew just how to assemble my adjustable bed. They were polite and careful not to damage anything.
This is the first and only time that I will purchase furniture through CityFurniture. I purchased a bedroom set, 3 queen mattresses, and 2 twin mattresses from CityFurniture in Naples on 10/31. The purchase included free shipping. According to the CityFurniture website at that time, their free shipping included pick up of mattresses as part of their Haiti Relief campaign. I asked the salesman to confirm that the mattresses would be picked as part of free shipping. He confirmed that our old mattresses would be picked up when the furniture was delivered. This is the main reason that I purchased through CityFurniture. When the furniture was delivered on 11/2, I was told by the deliverymen and customer service that CityFurniture has changed their policy and no longer picks up mattresses. I called the salesman and he was unaware of any changes to the policy. To try and uphold the policy the salesperson started trying to identify a non-profit organization that could pick up the mattresses but no one is able to come today and most will not be able to come for a week. I am now forced to pay a company to remove the mattresses. CityFurniture provided absolutely no support. I will never purchase another product through this company and will caution my friends when shopping for furniture.
Sales person and decorator were very knowledgeable and polite. I wish they would give the option to return a peice of furniture if one finds out it doesn’t look as good as one thought once it is in the home. I would buy there again!
So far so good. Haven't received my kitchen set yet but I'm looking forward to getting it on Saturday. The salesman directed me to just what I was looking for. Would definitely come here again.
