I came in here and was immediately greeted and directed to what piece of furniture fit my needs. The woman who assist me was professional and very knowledgeable in finding us exactly what we needed. Excellent costumer service.
There are good deals to be found in the home accessory sales dept. at this location. Sales people are helpful and will give a little here and there (as it once was at most furniture stores). We have furnished many rooms with Havertys and have found their pieces to wear well.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I do not recomd ever coming here sales people are not friendly and continually ignore you through out the store.
