You definitely get out what you put in, though. Call in with a bad attitude and you will not get 5-star service. Call in with manners, and they'll do everything they can to help.
Worst customer service ever. Cannot reach Agent or staff on the phone. Would not recommend them to anyone. I would advise if you are looking for State Farm insurance to avoid this office at all cost .
Manny is Informational, professional, courteous, and respective of your needs. He does what it takes to get the job done at an appropriate price and in an appropriate manner. Highly recommend!!
Worst possible service. I've called multiple times, with no answer. When they do answer, they don't respond for days and weeks. I've been waiting for auto insurance for 3 weeks! It took a month to get homeowners coverage, putting my closing in jeopardy!!! Even calls to Manny to express my concerns have apparently made no impact. I've been a State Farm customer for over 30 years, but I'll no longer do business with this agency. A one star rating is too high, but you can't give a Zero star.
