My wife and I have had a condo policy with this agency for several years. Hurricane Irma significantly damaged our condo. The agency provided very little help in dealing the underwriter, and in fact at one point I got a response stating "We're just the agent." I requested that the owner of the agency call me to discuss my claim but never received a call back. This has not been a good experience and in our opinion their customer service in regard to our claim has been relatively poor. I certainly hope this level of service is not typical of Allstate agents because their advertisements certainly portray a level of service different from what we've experienced.
Always quick to respond and that's what we all need in an insurance agent.
