John is very rude and gets loud with you, has a bad attitude!!! Never have I ever been treated like this.
They do have a lot of "stuff" and it is better than having to drive into town, but as others have noted, the customer service is AWFUL!
I was overcharged by about 50% and when I called the clerk on it he just made up a BS excuse, then refunded all my money, refused to give me what I came for, and ordered me to leave the store because he "didn't like my attitude."
Too bad. I was so glad to have a local store, but I won't do business with them again. Prices are cheaper elsewhere anyway.

Do your research before you buy and get ripped off. Mark up on most of there products are 4 times the price of other places. Charged me $21 for 25ft of rope looked online the same rope cost $6. Will never return. Also can the boss look any angier that I'm there supporting his business, the most unwelcoming look on his face all the time.
Terrible customer service. Want to return something within an hour of purchase in an unopened package? Good luck. If you have to do business with this place at least use a credit card so you can dispute it if they won't accept a return. And small businesses wonder why big box stores are closing them down? Maybe this place can learn something about service from them.
Horrible customer service. I went right back to return something within minutes of purchase I live 2 minutes away from this store? Spoke to a John you could tell the item wasn't made right from manufacture but he doesn't care what you say he would not exchange it nor give you your money back.
