What can I said the worse customer service I experienced
Don't use print services here! The customer service by the print manager and the general manager were terrible today. They made a mistake in an order for me, what they told me they could do by my deadline, then the next day said they could not do it in the store and by today as promised. Then they did not even try to be apologetic or offer an alternative that would work for me. No attempt to solve the problem. Had to get Staples corporate involved and even they had the same stonewall from this print manager. They sent me to a different Staples which will meet my deadline, thank goodness, but meanwhile lots of wasted time that I did not have.
Absolutely no help at the printing center. Would never go there again.
I walked in with my daughter to print out a simple paper (1 piece and it was black and white) and the customer service at the print station was horrible. There was a lady trying to do the same thing as me and I had to walk her through the process because the girls at the desk were rude and unhelpful. The lady and myself walked out empty handed and in disgust with the service there.
I went into. The store to print stationary ad envelopes with our Foundation logo and address. They told me that nobody locally did that but that they could take the graphics and my information and outsource it where I would get Staples discount pricing. Demetrius, "print specialist" contacted me. I submitted the PDF he requested and waited for a quote. Eight days later they were still dancing around with absolutely no results. I contacted Staples customer service and spoke to Marie Martin. She contacted Demetrius and stayed on the line and listened as a third party. Demetrius' explanation was that he didn't have anything to tell me and didn't want to call without a resolution. He promised to handle everything today. He finally got the order right but without the pricing but assured me a phone call by 12:30 today. At 2:45 PM with no return communication I cancelled the order and called Minuteman Printing in Naples, FL. They took the order, promised completion in 3 days and charged half the price that Demetrius had estimated. Do not waste your time with these guys. It was a joke. Local commercial printers are the way to go!
