My experience at the Best Buy location in Naples FL was horrible. I ordered a pair of headphones online and chose in store pick up. I went to the store to buy an additional pair of headphones which I was told were in stock, as well as pick up my order. The workers were not able to find the headphones I was looking for even though their inventory said that they 8 in the store. They told me they would look around more and I told them I was going to wait in line to pick up my online order. I was motioned over to a girl who said she would be able to help me. I already had my email pulled up with my pick up order number and she scanned it and then I waited at the counter for over an hour for her and her associates to find it, which they couldn't find it. I then decided to cancel my order which took them an additional 15 minutes to do. I was very unhappy about my experience.
YOu guys do a great job. I like how all the associates are friendly and very knowledgeable. I would definitely come here every time I need something from Best Buy.
I absolutely love this Best Buy, it's hands down the best one in South Florida. The store is clean, customer service is quick and helpful, product is almost always in stock and the employees are the very best part. No matter which department you go to, you will be able to find a knowledgeable and professional person to help you find what you're looking for or make a suggestion. I highly recommend this one.
so for the third time today I went into my Best Buy store. Why ? Because I ordered a convection oven on 08/01/17 which was delivered to me 08/04/17 DAMAGED. I waited over 4 hours because they were also late just to get one where the paint was off on the top. Price was 599 of course I want a new one for that not a damaged one. So they took my old one I kept the damaged new one scheduled a redelivery 8 days later. Waited 4 hours again (of course no one has appointments or a life other than Best Buy) delievered damaged again. Couldn't believe and was way beyond frustrated already. How in the world..... Anyway scheduled an new redelivery again for today, cancelled all my appointments just to be available again for 4 hours. But last night on a short notice I received a call, redelivery is off because no more in stock. Projected new delivery 09/20/17 Really ? two months later ? No nothing just hey that's your new appointment. Well I won't be there then because I will be gone so let's even extend it out to October. And we don't even know if it gets delivered properly or damaged again until then. So I went to my store today to see what they could do for me. Or should I say what they would not do for me. I order appliances for 34 houses at Best Buy during the year just to name a few 3 dishwasher and more during this first half year. That is why I am called an elite member ? What does that mean ? Honestly. Nothing at all. I was given an option to another one but the difference was $111.00 something more. So really I should pay more on top for problems that I did not cause ? Not a chance. There is some helpful helpers in the store but they are tight to the managers decision in the Naples store and the managers don't do a thing at all. They don't even give you other option all they do is say No. And after this hopefully soon happening delivery (if I am still going to go with it) this is what I am saying now too. NO to Best Buy. NO to future purchases for 34 houses. NO to no service.
Everyone there was very helpful in choosing my new laptop and helping me get it set up. It was a bit annoying that when I decided on the device it was not in stock. I was really looking forward to taking it home with me but I had to wait 4 days and then when I arrived at my appointment with the Geek squad I was told I had to leave the computer for two days in order to take advantage of the free set up. I really needed the computer so the supervisor took the time to finish the set up for me which I had started but encountered a problem. I do appreciate his taking care of this but customers should be prepared to leave their computers if the want to take advantage of the offer.
