Dr. Bertram performed a top hip replacement with surgical stem cell and a knee stem cell only on my husband. I will (and have) sung his praises as loudly as possible. He was the best thing that happened to us during this period of time.
I was just told by Dr. Bertram that this office will only see me for emergencies. Dr. Bertram does not acknowledge that his staff is not efficient and makes numerous time consuming costly errors that working people cannot afford. The doctors are good at this office, but the staff is NOT. I gave them lots of time to correct their mistakes and behavior. They didn't do it. No apologies. No admissions of errors, so I am posting this. We are ALL worth more! Thank you.
