I was trying to swap out my SUV rental car for a car my 88 year old mother could get into/ access. Tried calling the Alamo location in Naples and it just rang and rang- hugely frustrating. I also called the #800 number to hear that agent say/ validate that it was difficult to reach this office. She transferred me and still there was no answer. I will not use this company again due to terrible customer service. Very negative experience.
