They were very attentive and nice at the office. The service was 5 stars, the reason for the 4 stars is that I was not happy with the car condition at the time of renting, the tire rim was bent and did not look good or safe.
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. The worst company ever. I needed a car after getting into an accident and all the employees gave excuses to why I couldn't have a rental even though my insurance sent the information through. I hope this comoany re-evaluates who they hire because it's extremely unprofessional and horrible customer service!
