Booked a car at a great price great location fellow Okie. 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid - great gas mileage. Windshield wipers need a faster speed though for extreme rain.

Went into this location to exchange a car. The Manager, Ed Lucy was extremely rude and obnoxious. He actually told me that there were no cars available when there were. Because of him, and him alone, I will never rent a car from Budget again. I had to press one star so I could write this review, otherwise I would have giving this location zero stars.
We are French touristes travelling around Florida. worst experience I have had with car rentals. The manager has a big moth , he is rude . We went to this agency on friday to reserve a convertible: mustang or camero for the next tuesday. They said there was not problem "if somebody could get that car for us in the area, it was them. We stopped by on monday to make sure. They confirmed that the car would be there for us at 9.00 the next day. But on tuesday " No car ". The excuse was all mustangs were recalled by Ford. We should have reserved the car before... In front of him , we found the car we needed on the budget website at the near by Fort Meyers airport HIS ANSWER WAS : I WAS JUST THERE TO MAKE TROUBLE AND I WAS HIS FIRST CUSTUMER COMPLAIN IN 11 YEAR. ......
If you wanna have a bad day, book a car with these people. Service is horrible, there is a guy there answering the phone named Ed, he is very rude.
