Pretty lacking service on her part, especially when one is paying so much in vet bills. I was in my car ready to leave when I remembered Dr. Williams mentioning in passing that food was added to my costs (how much I wasn't told), and so I went back inside to see about it. The receptionist had no idea. She went to the back and found the food I had been forcefully charged for. I looked at it, and returned one of the food items, because I already have the correct food for my cat.
There are simply no words to describe the personal care taken by Dr Lopez for my animals. We have used Dr Lopez for so many years, he is truly like family.

I love everything about dr. Lopez's practice the location the hours the friendliness the understanding the quality of his work everything. He has healed my cats and dogs.
Dr. Lopez, his staff and wife are so caring towards every animal they see! We have used them to see many animals and they have done a really great job with all of them! They go above and beyond! They truly care about you as much as they care for your pets. I recommend them constantly and will always use them!

This vet assistant also was very lax when going over my cat's medicine. She read to me the directions printed on the label, but didn't specify when to begin administering the medicine. Today? tomorrow? She might want to consider being a bit more thorough in dealing with customers. And I also have never been to a vet clinic where they charge you for a decent amount of food without your knowledge or consent (and then don't even have it ready for you!).
Today was hard to say goodbye to my dog. He is an amazing doctor that genuinely cares for animals. Thank you for everything you and your staff did for me and my family.
Dr. Williams was great for taking care of my cat Cheddar today. However, the vet assistant (who's name I don't know) decided to add in about $60 worth of cat food in my bill estimate of $722 and didn't take the time to
