Animalife Vet and Groomers are the best, and I am so happy they were recommended to me. The facility is immaculate. The staff goes out of their way to make sure both my cat and me were very comfortable. The nurses and doctor were so in tuned with my cat and took care of her so carefully. She for the first time was comfortable at a vet. The groomers were very accommodating to get noth vet and grooming done same day and they all worked together. Thank you Animalife for letting me leave my cat with you and feel comfortable knowing she was being taken care of by very caring and professional staff. Thank you!!!!!!
My initial review was not positive (see below). I did contact Stacey who was exceptional in making me feel comfortable enough to give it another try. I'm certainly glad I did. I arranged to bring my dog in early and called from the parking lot to make certain other dogs were not in the lobby area. I was checked in and Charity led us into an exam room. She was patient with my dog (thank you), got the preliminaries out of the way and took him back to get his vaccinations. Dr. Foster was caring, compassionate and most of all thorough in her examination of my dog. Thanks to all the staff for providing an excellent experience.
Dr. Eisel is the most compassionate, caring and kind veterinarian in Naples!!! He is patient and goes above and beyond to make his patients feel safe and loved!! His love for animals and their families is extraordinary!! I cannot say enough about what an incredible person he is!!! The level of care that our toy poodle, Coco received from him was beyond my family's expectations!!! Not only is he the best doctor in town, but everyone on his staff is patient and kind!!! Both Dr. Eisel and his staff are rare gems!!! We are blessed to know him and to be able to have our dog receive his care!

My visit with Bear was only for his yearly exam and feline vaccines. Was very impressed by the welcoming I received by the staff upon arrival. Short wait time to the exam room however I did arrive early to fill out paperwork. Dr. Eisel and his assistants were so kind and caring. Bear was very comfortable with everyone as I was too. Definitely found my safe place for my fur babies!
The office manager, Stacey, stopped in after my visit with the doctor while we were having some paperwork e-mailed over. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful and gave me a few referral cards to pass out for a free checkup. Awesome staff, awesome service, and everyone here seems to really love what they are doing. It's incredibly refreshing and provides a peace of mind that our puppy and our service is in good hands. Highly recommended!!!!
The reception staff was cheery, aware of my visit even though it was my first, and called our puppy by his name immediately. My wait time was very short and I was brought into a room for our puppy's checkup. A couple of staff members came in to get initial vitals and some information and spent time playing with our puppy and brought us what would best be described as a welcome kit.. Our Dr was in shortly afterwards. She was able to answer all of our questions and rule out the Kennel cough, which was a relief... she even provided answers to what were probably ridiculous questions on my end without making me feel ridiculous, lol.
I certainly wish my experience had been a good one, but it wasn't. I'd made the appt over a week ago. It was my first visit there. I was told to bring in a stool sample and I had his former vet fax in his records. My dog is anxious and 2 big dogs barking at him did not help. I took him outside to calm him and went back inside. The 2 dogs didn't bark any more, but my dog was still upset (he was shaking) and barked. When I tried to check in, I was told my name wasn't there. I told her we had a 10:30 appt and the former vet had faxed his records. She found the fax records, repeated you're not listed, I can't find you, then told me that perhaps they could work me in. My dog was upset and so was I. I didn't just decide to drop in at the vet office. Someone dropped the ball and it wasn't me.
I was advised to check out Animalife Vets when we picked up our first puppy from the Humane Society of Naples. This was going to be our first checkup and we wanted to have a doctor to take a 2nd look at possible kennel cough. The staff was super accommodating in getting us an appointment that worked with my schedule immediately.
