We went to this Marco’s Sunday, November 26th.
The cashier was very rude and rushed us. We ordered our food ahead of time, arrived and paid at 9:04pm. Only ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheese bread. The cashier rushed everything and seemed very agitated. Was rudely told that dine in was closed at 9:30. Kept getting stared at from the kitchen. The pizza was great and I eat there more than I need to admit, but I won’t be back to this location. It just pissed me off. I ordered ahead knowing they were closing at 10 so I could eat and leave and be polite, but the cashier was so rude and I offended him by my presence. I’m posting the picture of your posted hours. Delicious pizza. Delivered on time. Not too expensive.
Best thin crust pizza anywhere in Collier County. I prefer thin crust with pepporoni and extra cheese. Great tasting. I have had the regular crust too and it is cooked completely. I do not like doughy soft crust and Marcos gets it right ith a solid crust.
The pizza was pretty good and the restaurant was pretty nice for a takeout place. But the service could have been a little bit better. The service wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. The staff didn't seem very friendly and it seems like I was bothering them anytime I had to ask them for something. There was no silverware out on the tables and there was no cheese or pepper or any other toppings for the pizzas out on the table. So, I had to request these things at the front counter as we needed them. Upon request they did have some garlic butter which is very good on the pizzas similar to what you would get from Papa Johns. So, the 4-star rating is for the quality of the pizza. I think most people go here for takeout and will be pleased with the pizza. But if you're eating in the restaurant I wouldn't expect too much as far as service.
We love the pizza! Staff is very efficient and friendly. Savory selection of pizza and subs! Our favorite sub is the the steak and mushroom! Cinnamon squares are always a treat!
