THE BEST FISH AND CRAB CAKES!! Greetings from the Southeast! We went to Naples a few weeks ago and this was one of the places close to us that had great ratings from Google and Yelp! WOW!!! They were not kidding. Little place but with the Best fish with batter and crab cakes we ever had. The attention was very nice and made us feel at home. Desserts were fabulous! We went back two more times before leaving. I even told them to open up a restaurant on the Southeast Coast - would be a great business!! Can't wait to go back!! :)
Surprisingly disappointing. I had the fried shrimp which had very little taste. The shrimp waa huge, bigger than most restaurants, but was bland. My wife had the clam chowder which she liked but I didn't think it was anything special. The clam chowder at Panera bread on Fridays is much better imho. I would like to give this place another chance someday because the locals seem to live it. On another note, the staff was extremely friendly and warm. I have to go back and taste the crab cake which i hear is really good.
I don't think I can find the words to describe how wonderful this place is. The food is exquisite. The atmosphere is casual in a lovely way. And the waitstaff is thoughtful and sweet. The first time we just had the fish and chips. Then we branched out to try other fried items. Today, we treated ourselves to the blackened grouper with linguine and vegetables and the Bouillabaisse. Absolutely delicious! I liked the Bouillabaisse even better than one I had in a fancy restaurant in New York City. Don't miss this fabulous place!
Sheryl said this place was good. After a quick stop at Naples Pier we came for lunch. Had the grouper, go figure, with fries. Go figure! VERY small, but cute. Staff is great. Just a lovely find. Glad we came. Enjoy!
