I ordered 2 8 peice wings and they were delivered 2 hours later. Cold!! I called hungry howies and they said they will give me a $5 credit. What?! Are u serious. That is not the way to handle the situation. This is ridiculous and I hope.management reads this.
My suggestion go somewhere else as this place is just plain bad with zero care in quality or service.
Ordered again a week later and told the Manager to make sure the pizza was thin. It was correct and good.
I trusted the first time was in error so

I went in and had already placed an online order. As stood there for several minutes. After 2 or 3 guys stood behind the swinging door talking. The one was cursing up a storm and looked at me and told someone will be with me in a few and just stood there and continued on with his story. I found that to be extremely rude of him. I think the company should know how it's employees are talking in front of customers and how they take care of them.
Bad wings Wi-Fi does not work
I bought 8 pizzas for An event with Mix and match thin and regular crust. I got to the event and all 8 pizzas we regular crust. No sense in complaining as the Manager is worthless at this location.
Their poor rating here which will go down more should be proof enough it's a disaster when ordering.
I've been back in Naples area visiting friends for a 2 months. We have ordered food 5 times from this location. 2 of the 5 times our order was wrong. The first time we called to inform them that we ordered thin crust and received regular the Manager did nothing about it.
Worst experience I've ever had with any restaurant.
I'm not so sure I will order there again when we move back. Sad sad sad as it's convenient.
Next night hungry for a sandwich and salad thinking how can you mess that up. Sure enough got home never ordering a sandwich there before and instead of ham and cheese sandwich I got a pizza SMH. I even added when I ordered that I wanted lettuce, tomatoes and peppers on the sandwich so how can anyone mess that up, but they did.
If you do have to order from here try ordering on line so you have proof of what you ordered.
