I had them repair my wedding band that had to be cutoff. They did a great job. You can't even tell it was cut in the first place.
Besides from being an absolutely beautiful store, Certified Jewelers has been my go-to jeweler for many years. The selection is amazing, and the prices are very competitive. My husband purchased my engagement ring from the store a few years back, and had my wedding bands custom made this past December! I cannot begin to tell you all how many compliments I have had on my ring. I ended up purchasing his wedding band there as well, which is very unique. They even engraved our wedding date in Roman numerals on the inside of the ring, which is something a lot of stores don't even touch! THANK YOU to all the staff for your help these past few years. You will keep me as a customer for life :-)

Not very hospitable. Went there for a couple of new watch batteries, and to get an estimate on what they would give me for a pin, and to see what we could buy for my wife with the proceeds. That went pretty well. The lady behind the counter was pretty useless. We got the appraisal from a nice man and decided to keep the pin. My wife found a bracelet she liked so we decided to come back the next day with more things. I waited 10 minutes for service and finally tapped someone on the shoulder for attention to get my watches. We decided not to buy the bracelet there and not to show them the rest of our jewelry. There seemed to be a lot of useless people standing around in the showroom that don't want to help anyone.
