I then shopped for another watch and he made me feel right at home with no sales pressure. His knowledge and expertise was impressive. When I arrived I was impressed by the ambience in the store, the impeccable dress of the associates, and the attention I received. A associate directed me to the service window where I met Michael, their service technician. He was friendly and attentive. Michael replaced the battery in ten minutes and when Michael handed me the watch back he informed me their was no charge since I was a new customer. This store is a class act and I will definitely use Bingham for my our jewelry needs in the future.

Michael was great! Very friendly and helpful. As a new customer he gave us a free watch battery. He did a great job of cleaning my wife's rings, also no charge. My wife had a ring that needed repair and our jeweler up north had said it couldn't be done. Michael had it done for a reasonable fee and it looks great! She hadn't worn the ring for years fearing that she would lose a stone. She's ecstatic to have it back on her hand. Well done Bigham!
