This is a solid 5-star company. From my first contact by phone to delivery yesterday, this transaction progressed like clockwork. First of all, the price was the lowest, the delivery interval, the shortest, customer service, excellent. Every time I called or emailed, a real live person picked up or responded immediately and answered my questions with no hesitation. I was able to choose my delivery date, which I needed to postpone because of travel. They accommodated in every way. I received my patio furniture yesterday at the time we agreed upon. I have only good things to say about this organization.
Nightmare. I ordered Hanamint patio furniture from Inside Out Warehouse, spending over $4,800. The patio furniture is great, it's the cushions that are sorely lacking. Inside Out ordered with cushions from a different factory than the furniture. We received the furniture and cushions last November. Bad craftsmanship of cushions was reported to Inside Out and they said they agreed that cushions are substandard and would have them remade and replaced. One of the cushion fabric is not even the same fabric as everything else. It is now August of the following year and we still don't have the cushions. There have been many many emails and calls regarding this issue, still unresolved. I would never recommend Inside Out to anyone because they can not resolve customer services issues when the order is incorrect.
Great Selection and Value! Inside Out Furniture Warehouse has a huge showroom and great online store. Many styles and finishes for sink vanities too. The service is wonderful.
