Phase one completed we began the process of rebuilding our home with the assistance of all of the members of Gold Coast and their employees and tradesmen. Everything was detailed in a comprehensive written estimate. It would be easy to say that the job proceeded without incident, but the complex nature of the total restoration and renovation was made more complicated by our location in Canada.
Gold Coast Renovation and Repair made our full home renovation easy. The convenience of “one stop” shopping in their showroom’s wide selection of building materials saved my husband and I a lot of time and energy. Their design staff was helpful and resourceful in helping us locate specialty items we wanted to incorporate into our renovation. Their construction crews were efficient and skillful. One phone call to Tony at Gold Coast Renovations had him at the residence within minutes. Tony, whose company specialized in mold and water damage as well as renovations was able to asses the extent of the damage. Unfortunately our home was totaled; but as with any occurrence the devil was in the details.

On one occasion a subcontractor failed to meet the expectations of my wife and I with regards to a major component of the restoration. This was brought to the attention of Tony, the owner of Gold Coast Renovations. All of the decision makers attended at the job site promptly with us and reviewed the installation. The matter was resolved to our complete satisfaction.
We chose this company after doing extensive research on renovators in the Naples area. With Gold Coast their show room is the place to start; they have hundreds of samples, plus examples of their excellent work and you will find inspiration for your personalized project. Their craftsmanship and professionalism is evident in everything they create. Their team did everything for the renovation of two bathrooms and the kitchen in our condo including, flooring, electrical, plumbing, cabinets, tiling, vanities, sinks, hardware and lighting. We had a special request for a new type of countertop and they were able to source and install it. After a site visit by Tony Cusano for accurate measurements and layout we were ready to talk price-point. Tony prepared a detailed proposal that allowed us to go line by line and find the efficiencies. He had high end and mid-line cabinets and vanities - everything was quality with room for compromise - and we were able to make the choices about where we wanted to spend our money for the greatest impact with a lot of very helpful input from Tony. Needless to say his price was very, very competitive. We were doing most of this from out of the country but Tony always promptly replied to emails or phone calls, and most often was able to come to the phone immediately. When the work started he was diligent about sending us progress photos and always discussed changes or improvements with us before implementing them. His time lines were tight - and he met them! When we arrived on site we were impressed with the fact that there was always a foreman there and the job site was kept orderly and cleaned at the end of each day. With a few design flourishes like a tiled back-splash for the kitchen and bar area added at Tony's suggestion, the result was incredibly satisfying and beautiful. Mr. Cusano was as good as his word and sent contractors back to fix a few minor things after our inspection. We now enjoy our updated condo and look forward to getting the added value out of it when (or IF, now that we love it so much) we sell!
Simply beautiful work on our home by Gold Coast! A new kitchen, a new master bath, a stunning wine closet, a morning bar- and all done with a personal level of attention that made us feel like real customers. Tony and Tony attended to every detail including the selections all the way through to the cleanup. Then they came back and did my outdoor kitchen- equally attractive! Not easy to get real craftsmanship in woodwork, tile design, and lighting. They did it all so thoughtfully! And involved us in every decision. Thanks guys!
The home we lost was made whole again, for all of us who enjoy our time in Naples. We simply could not have completed this Herculean task without the all hands on deck approach of the Tony's and their staff at Gold Coast Renovations.

We are snow birds from the Toronto area and have owned a home in Naples Florida since 2010. It has been a home away from home for all of our family and friends since that time. In November of 2015 we arrived at our home with friends to prepare for a family reunion. On opening the door to the condo we were hit by the obvious smell of black mold and pools of stagnant water sitting on the floor throughout the condo. Every piece of furniture and all of the appliances were destroyed.
In our instance insurance coverage was denied to our HOA. Tony having experience and expertise in these matters had his specialist in insurance submissions Jesse examine the property and the origins of the specific plumbing problems that had caused the damage. Jesse then provided written assistance to our lawyer. To make a long story short the claim first denied, was in fact later accepted.
We would not hesitate to use this company for any future work required, or recommend them to any family or friends requiring work.
