Bonnie at Home Blinds is excellent and I highly recommend her. Also the staff is helpful and professional. One problem I encountered is a $132 charge to correct a defective blind after the one year period. I feel this is excessive, and should be borne by the manufacturer who produced the defective product, or At Home Blinds who should service what they sell. If the product performed as I expected when I purchased the blinds, there would have been no need to incur this healthy charge.

I also had a great experience with at home blinds. Mary gave me her undivided attention when I was in the store (several times) and came to the house to help me pick out a beautiful set of Luminettes for a very large slider. The slider had handles that were going to interfere with the blind closure in the middle but Mary and At Home Blinds made it work. My husband has said several times that they are just perfect.
We visited many blind stores in the Naples area and ultimately decided on At Home Blinds. We found Mary to be very easy to work with, she understood our goals and helped us choose the right products for our home. In addition, her knowledge of the products and the Florida elements was very useful.
It was a pleasure working with Mary on our blind project. She was very efficient and knew exactly what we needed. Mary went out of her way to our house several times to make sure everything was correct and surveyed the situation correctly. All our questions were answered and was always available for advice and direction. Susan and I are very happy with our selections and will call Mary for any of our future decor needs. We have had many positive comments on our blinds. Thanks to Mary.
We had an excellent experience with Mary at the Naples store of At Home Blinds. She came out to our house immediately after we contacted her. We had waited for call backs from other companies that never materialized. She helped us pick out the best fabric to keep light out of our home theater. The installers were polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend her and this company to everyone!
