Amazing Dentist and staff. Dr. Novak goes above and beyond to provide excellent results. She is very compassionate and gentle. I drive about 41 miles one way to go to this dentist, it is definitely worth the drive, so happy I found this place!
Excellent dentist. I recently moved here and was in need of a new dentist. One of my friends recommended Dr. Novak. She was very gentle and knew a lot. I wanted my teeth whitened and to have my lips done. My teeth have never been brighter and my lips look great! I'm getting so many compliments!!!!
Happy to have found Dr. Novak, she was able to get me in and taken care of quickly. She was very informative and helpful! They have a really nice office and friendly staff too. Its nice to find a good independent dental practice and not one of those corporate "Walmart-esque" dental mills (which seems to be the trend)!
Usually dentist's are polite? With my time frame allowed. I called at 1:04pm , and the reseceptist was fine with that.By time I got there at 1:15pm and signed in. The doctor came out with an attitude told me to leave and I continually asked why?? I've tried talking to her and mistakenly called her "Sweetie" and she had flipped out and threaten to call the cops. After that I immediately asked for a referral for another "Professional dentist " and her staff member came at with a disrepecful vocabulary. Just I do not recommend this dentist.
I really cant say enough good things about Dr. Novak, she was a pleasure to see. She spent time explaining my treatment plan and was able to prioritize it based on my needs without it being a huge hit on my wallet all at once!
