The doctor (Dr. Lastres) and staff were nice. However, there were two challenges-
Our family was very disappointed when we heard that Dr.Singer was going to retire. We are extremely picky when it comes to health care and our providers . Dr. Singer was the very best in our opinion and i think it will be very hard to replace him; however we met our new Dr today and we were plesently surprised ; she is warm , kind and it is clear that she knows what she is doing. Our eight year old daughter felt very comfortable with her. Many of Dr. Singers assistants are still there and i think that says a lot in itself . They are awesome with kids and we just love them as much !!!! I️we trust that Dr. Singer wouldn’t leave his practice to just anyone. He cared way to much about each and every patient to let anyone take over for him. This doctor has to very very special and on our first meeting we saw that as well
1. They did not inform me upfront that they are not in-network for any insurance providers. When I took my daughter in to get a loose tooth checked out, they told me that for new patients, they require payment upfront and will file a claim.
2. The x-rays of the back teeth were very uncomfortable for my kids. The technology and equipment seemed older, as we have gotten x-rays done in a different dental practice and they were not uncomfortable.
My kids love going to the dentist! The staff is superb and make you feel like you are their only patient. I definitely recommend this dentist!
The staff and dentist here is top notch! They are so professional and they are Awesome with the kids. My daughter has been a patient here for years and we have no complaints.
Best pediatric dental practice by far. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They take the time with each kid to explain on what what they’re doing. My son used to be scared of going to the dentist and now because of them he loves going to there.
When I made a cleaning appointment, they told me this would also require an upfront payment from me, and they would file a claim to reimburse me.
