I've experienced extensive dental work done in my lifetime and had the fortunate to contract stellar dentists. Moving to Florida 15 years ago left me seeking the same quality and professionalism, without success. My mission concluded yesterday at Mission Hills Dentistry. Scheduled an appointment for today, was wholly impressed with staff quality, their processes for care, and the outstanding and consistent customer service. Anyone interested in a patient centered practice needs to seriously consider making their next appointment with Mission Hills Dentistry. I am no longer looking for my next dental home. They get 10 out of 10 from me.
Had a broken molar pulled yesterday by Dr. Hernandez. What a great job she did. Very talented, intelligent and she gave me several options and explained each one.. which was nice. A few stitches, bleeding quit quickly and today it's healing already.
I was really impressed by how they wanted to know what I liked about my last dentist and when I didn't. They also wanted to know what they could do to make my visit more pleasant. I took my son there for a teeth cleaning, my wife and I will definitely become patients also .
I now have found my new dentist AND assistant....
Had a great experience at this office! My hygienist Lindsay was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and I am looking forward for my future cleanings with her! Dr. Hernandez and her assistant Sara were also very kind and made me comfortable. I have been to many dentists in the past, but I have to say this dentist office is by far my favorite and I highly recommend! The staff is all great and made me feel at home.
