This review is for the Lube and Tire Center but being part of Walmart maybe the higher management will do something! I was here 2 days ago around 10 o'clock and they quote me more than 4 hours, i thought if I come early in the morning will be faster! WRONG! Very slow service, I got there 10 minutes after 8 ( they open at 8) they said they have 4 cars before me and they quoted 2 1/2 hours. They have just 2 persons "working" but just one car at a time, the workers they do more walk and talk the labour !!! But it's just my mistake, I will never do come back here with my car! !!! they even replaced the comfortable couches from inside with metal benches.
Walked in I saw six guys standing around very quiet and I guess the manager was there too told him I need an oil change told me to pull the car up the guy came out and told me it be an hour and a half 6 guys standing around and it's going to be an hour and a half
I saw the one star and I figured let me still give them a shot because the Walmart in St Petersburg Florida is excellent
Absolutely terrible service! Waited an hour, just to have them tell me that they can't change my tires because of a policy technicality. The worst part was that they could've told me all of this BEFORE I sat there. They wasted an hour of my life that I'll never be able to get back
I want an oil change not an engine change
Update 12:05 I am still here, they even took out the fridge from where you could buy beverages! !!!
Horrible service !!! Beyond one of the worst places i have ever gone too. Not only did Walmart hire a complete confused crew of people who are incompetent, unknowledgeable, and unable to complete the simple task of communicating across a counter top. Word of advise. You want good car service ? Sorry but this is not the place you want to take your car. I went in a few days ago at 4:40pm , about an hour before they closed. I needed some tires and the guy not only made me wait for 15 becuase the only guy who knew how to use the computer walked right passed me and went on his break. But ironically 10 mins later the same guy that made me wait LEARNED HOW TO USE THE COMPUTER. Not only did they say they were to busy to work on my car with just ONE car on lift. But I was told to come back another day hahahah such clowns. I was beyond the point where I was going to lose my mind. I am not one to complain I could care less about Walmarts service. I have more to do with my life lol but this incident bothered me so much. I HAD to share this and save the frustration of people who are going in to get any work done in there cars. Go somewhere else you won't regret it i promise.
