My name is Chad Burgess, Owner of Dynamic Mobile Mechanic Service (MV87954) in Bonita Springs. Winner of the 2014, 2015 and 2016 Angie's List Super Service Award. I am writing this review as a sort of wake-up call to any shop that attempts to do a dis-service to clients and therefore tarnish our industry. All it takes is one bad experience to make them weary of us. I have been in business for 7 years and been on many calls where the client tells me they took it too a shop first only to get a high price and shop around and ending up calling me. This particular case involves a recent client experiencing what was believed to be a loss of coolant after attempting to fill the overflow bottle. Client noted that there was coolant pouring out after doing this. Your company had the vehicle and told her that the water pump had failed and needed to be changed. This water pump was driven by the timing belt so the procedure is roughly 2-3 hours max if you know what you are doing. As with all calls I always start with an inspection...looking for obvious signs of failure...coolant drippng from the front of the block under covers and on belts. Clean areas where dust gets washed away...coolant not in the radiator or overflow....lack of system pressurization after reaching operating temp. None of those signs were evident with this vehicle. Radiator was full, overflow was full...no leaks were evident after allowing the car to idle. Temperature remained normal. Car was driven and no leaks were detected. No wet spots...etc. It was apparent what had occurred. The daughter had overfilled the overflow bottle and it has an overflow tube molded in to it. When she overfilled it, coolant went out of this tube and down the inner fender well and ended up on the ground. There was a clean, teardrop shaped area where this had occurred. What was estimated as a $980 job with you actually cost her only $120 for my examination, battery service. I will also note that all 4 tires were extremely low on air. All were below 20psi when they should have been near 41psi. No vehicle should ever leave a shop without proper air pressures. There was no written estimate given when every reputable shop knows that one must be given on anything over $50. That is Florida law and is noted when you renew your MVR license. Please be honest with your clients.

Absolutely an amazing experience. All the technicians that were extremely knowledgable and had no issue answering even the most mundane questions I had to offer. They replaced my alternator with a part I supplied which is rare for many auto shops and were also very upfront with pricing and any issues they ran into. They accommodate you like family and make sure you're treated with respect. Also, Gloria at the front desk is the best.
