Worst place I've been! I got a screw in my tire while helping restore the power in the surrounding neighborhoods! I went in and wanted tires balanced and tire repaired! He tried to tell me he couldn't fix it. He said he couldn't get the tires I have on there, and he tried to sell me a $200 tire for $385!!!! I said no and then after telling me that they didn't plug tires he wants me to pay him to plug it! I was charged $83.48 to balance 3 tires! Went down the road and they plugged the tire for free and said they would've balanced them for nothing as well for their show of appreciation to the linemen that came and restored power to their homes and businesses there! I would never recommend this place to anyone!
Collier Goodyear found the least expensive tire option for my car. Just what I wanted. They actually gave me 3 different tire price options... and I was looking for inexpensive like many. I found they were the least expensive after calling a number of different stores (6?). Most did not even call me back! Great service. Clean waiting area. Good communication. Impressed all the way around. I'll be back for my other service.
Alan and his team went above and beyond for me. My vehicle unexpectedly and abruptly over heated after the water pump broke. It was late in the day around the time most mechanics close. Not only did I get back on the road same day, the team stayed an hour past closing time to get the job done. That type of service has earned them customer for life. The cost/value seems to be other reviewers issue with this business, however my perspective is that I saved money by not missing any work. Something that you cannot put value on is peace of mind. The quality of service performed gave me that 100% with a warranty to back that up for 24,000 miles. I will come back for all my service needs in the future.
I called ahead to ask if an appointment was needed so I could plan my day. I was told " No not at all, we take them as they come". Well, bad idea I drove to the location and I was told, " are you going to leave it with me"? I said no, I was told not to make an appointment. His reply was, " well, there is 5 people ahead of you, so it's going to be a while". Hmmmm. I called to make an appointment so I wouldn't be told that. So much for trying to plan responsible. Never again. So I went across the street and was able to get the svc. I needed as soon as I walked in the door.
They took good care of my mom when I was out of town and unable to help her and treated her with respect very nice people and place
