If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. I've had the worst experience here ever. Whatever you do, do not give them a down payment unless they clarify that you are approved 100%. Right now I'm here and they are saying that I committed fraud because my bank statement shows that I put 700 in monthly yet I make 2,000 in my application. So now they will not give me my down payment and are pressuring me to purchase a vehicle of lower quality, or else I'm in trouble for fraud. So now I'm paying 9,000 in full for the vehicle I originally applied for which was money I was saving for a home. Whoever reads this.. Just go to car Max please. Do not give these people your business they are horrible. I can't believe they pulled this, I've never been more upset with a company in my life in fact this is the first time I ever felt a review was necessary. Please do not go here. Please.

They went ahead cash the check . I went back to the dealership to see if they would make good on the check. The manager said no , I then asked to speak with the owner. He said no , I asked if he can call him and again he said no , I rarely do reviews ,but I just felt that if they have no INTEGRITY
Staff was really helpful and very informative. Process was very smooth and easy and quick with the staff. Would definitely recommend more more ppl
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I went to test ride a vehicle . I told them I'LL be back tomorrow when I get my bank to approve the loan . They requested a deposit .I gave them check. I called them the next day and told them I decided not to purchase the vehicle and please destroy the check the General Manager said " No problem I'll shred the check " Well after two months
