This Publix is convenient for me to shop, however, it is in need of help in the following areas: 1) the deli service is very slow. There may be 3 people working but one is making sandwiches and the other is talking to the other and not taking into consideration the customers are waiting. Have one of your managers stand in line and listen to the customer comments... just not worth the wait. 2) The stocking clerks block the isles with the stocking cart and block the open side by stocking shelves, then you have to wait for them to move. When stocking the yogurt / refrigerated area they block customers trying to get through. A little better customer consideration is needed. 3) Your meat department has decent product but your prices are still too high. Very few items on sale! 4) Your customer service desk should be named customer dis-service desk. I waited longer while the clerk was checking out store employees and then they stand there and "chat" with them while customers wait. I'm finding it harder to shop at this Publix and I have been shopping at other stores and other Publix.
Service at the Deli is very slow. The workers pretend that they do not understand English. They chatter away in their own lingo.
The staff there are always speaking to each other and always in their own language. I find it very disrespectful. When I worked in retail my manager told me to always speak English unless it was nessesary to speak Spanish. Every time I go in there it's always the same people and continue to talk while checking one out. I rather go to the one on 41/951
