If I could give this place no stars I would, but my sub was good so I’ll say that. I came in on my lunch break and the associates were rude as hell. I’m not one of these Naples Neanderthal entitled pieces of shyt so please don’t treat everyone like that that walks in the door. Totally worth the google review. Cashier didn’t even pay me any mind. Naples people suck in general. Don’t make it worse. I’ve also worked at Publix for 5 years and I’d never treat someone like that.
I love Publix. Employees are friendly, the stores are clean and they have great prepared foods.
A larger Publix with a wider selection not found in smaller stores of this chain. High quality standards as usual. Excellent fresh produce/fruit section, feels like my stomach died and went to Paradise. The organic fruit is the best!
Great people here...an employee went out of her way to see if I needed help finding something.
Bakery dept. always looks good, people behind the counter were cheerful (at least the days I'm there).
Nice bulk -by the pound- dry goods section not found in other area Publix stores: i.e, dried fruits, nuts, granola, etc.
Gluten free offerings, but got to hunt for them.
It's always a pleasure to buy at Publix. See the staff smiling face and fresh grocery and bakery. And how they treat the customers. Satisfaction in the first place. Thanks Publix
Decent basic offerings of organic groceries, vegetarian, and vegan foods. Frozen section also has decent ethnic and health food offerings at fair prices- less costly than the specialty health food stores.
I came shopping here with my kids, got everything I needed for the week. Turned out I didn't have my EBT (food stamp) money in yet. Jennifer I believe is shift manager there, she came immediately to help. I asked if I was able to just store what I had in my cart in the back cooler and return tomorrow to pay for it all, she got on the phone to ask her manager and it was a go. But then she had asked if I needed some of the things in my cart for today. And I really needed bread, milk me some snack for my kids breakfast and school lunch. She went ahead and paid for a few of the things I needed. She didn't have to do that and she deserves recognition for her kindness. I would've returned the next day to pay but she saw that I was alone with my two preschoolers and figured they needed something to eat. I couldn't thank her enough. Thank you Jennifer.
Sports bars, protein drinks, & vitamin, & beauty section great selection. Odd n' ends non-grocery items here as usual: Florida stuff for tourists, picnic goods. My mom even found one of those salt lamp things everyone seems to be getting.
