I have West Coast Groomer board my dogs when I go away and groom them. I have total complete trust in them, my dogs are like my children so I don't trust them to just anyone, very particular when it comes to their care. West Coast is very compassionate about animals, service is fantastic. My dogs love them!!!
Awesome people and work. My dog is always taken care of wonderfully here and the grooming as expected. I would recommend them to anyone.
We drove 20 miles round trip for our first nail clipping visit. I skipped the vet this time due to bad experiences...hearing my dog yelping from the back, bleeding nails in the car and knowing they were muzzling him not because he is aggressive as they would say but because he was scared. If I had to drive across the state to come back to this place I would. They came outside to where Harley was comfortable, no muzzle, not one yelp/bark or bleeding nail. They took breaks in between and made him feel comfortable the entire time. His nails were clipped and then smoothed off with a dremel tool. This is an experience not to be fearful of anymore because of West Coast Groomers!
Price, service, and customer service are all 5 stars. Don't hesitate, this is the only logical choice for any grooming needs.
I have two large German shepherds ( 3 & 6 Years old)that I was extremely skeptical about bringing in because of their lack of interaction with other dogs. This was also their first visit to a groomer.Robert the owner personally assured me that they were comfortable taking on the task and would make our dogs comfortable!
It took most of the day but they got both dogs done. I will absolutely be bringing them back as I never knew the could be so clean!
West coast Groomers definitely exceed any exceptions I may have had. I urge you to give them the opportunity to earn your business. The whole team there was courteous, patient, and extremely thorough. This felt like a VIP experience:)
