I recently had the pleasure to meet Matthew Nail, he is the Finance Manager at MarineMax and was VERY impressed with his knowledge and also his overall character. It is not often that you find somebody who has worked their way up the ladder doing things the right way and with hard and ethical work habits. It is very evident that he is the culmination of that and I would recommend anybody in the market for any type of boat to ask for him directly as he is a straight shooter and very relatable. He will look out for the best interest of you the customer in my opinion, working in the same line of work as he does I appreciate that even more than many. Thank you again Matthew Nail.
This simply has been the best buying experience in 25 years of boating. Despite us purchasing a used Sea Ray, we were treated as royalty, the boat was detailed to the tee, MarineMax provided a cleaning kit, installed a third party cockpit cover (literally hundreds of snaps to install). Everything was done on time regarding the service and the list goes on. Kyle, our licensed captain and sales associate was patient and helpful throughout the whole process and Marcus, the store manager accommodated our schedule perfectly. Upon delivery we found new dock lines (6, $60 each), fenders and shore lines in the boat! In short: we got more than we expected, were treated with the utmost respect and consideration and got a great deal on a great boat. We wish to share this and thank the outstanding sales- and service team at MarineMax of Naples. We will certainly return for any boat-related needs and would recommend that you check them out, too.
Customer Service is the MOST important thing when your buying a toy, and I can for sure tell you this place has the best customer service I've seen. I just bought a new boat and have had challenges with issue on the boat and the marina where I keep it, and Stephen and Dan in Service stepped up to the plate and took care of stuff when in reality they could pass the buck. If I could write 50 5 star reviews for them, I would!!!
Please do not purchase a boat from that facility. Once you buy it you do not get any service done with parts. You will have the wrong parts shipped to you. Parts takes forever because they are not on top of it or they don’t care anymore since you bought it. They refuse to pay for leather that was damaged prior to purchase. I️ bought my boat from there about a year ago and still waiting for parts that were on the survey. That’s not a facility that care about returning client.
