I have used this location for a number of things over the years including truck rental, trailer rental, self storage and more. The staff are really helpful - nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to help you out. I haven't said this before, but I am impressed by their drainage! With the heavy rains we get here in SW Florida the site has handled the water well - I feel confident with my possessions in their self storage units.
Customer service lacking in location. i rented trailer for approximately 2 hours. upon returning equipment, clerk was on phone...never aknowledging me...then stated that she was printing one out and emailing the invoice to Me. I waited for someone to remove the trailer and to show them the nail in the side wall of tire that I located after leaving thier gravel lot. The nail was not in the tire prior to my arrival at this location. She came outside, stated that I could have dropped it over there, then when shown the nail, stated that it did not come from her lot, and only could have came from the road. I wasnt looking for a new tire, however maybe an apology and a partial refund of the trailer rental...but she could care less...will not patronize this business ever again!
These people continued to charge me for months after my car was removed. They admitted owing me money and continually told me that they were going to repay the money they stole from me. They never did. I finally had to get my credit card issuer after them along with the states attorney.
Great service by a family run business, they were very knowledgable and fixed me up on the spot. I truly appreciate their job well done!
