2 stars because the massage was awesome. However customer service was terrible. The receptionist told me to feel free to add on any additional massage enhancements so I chose the hot towel foot treatment. Then the massage therapist told me that he had 4 appointments back to back and did not have time to perform the hot towel treatment, so I said no big deal. He also complained about the physical labor of his job often and commented that it is only worth it if gratuity is well. After my hour massage was over I waited for my friend in the waiting room for 20 minutes who was able to get the hot towel treatment and watched my massage therapist talk to the receptionist the whole time!!! So much for his back-to-back appointments. If this place is so booked, maybe the receptionist shouldn't be offering to add any treatments, unless this specific massage therapist just didn't feel like doing the job.
Came here on a gift certificate. The lobby is very nice, clean and presented well. My service was not that great. The woman who gave me a massage was sub-par at best and did not accurately listen to areas that I wanted her to avoid. I may come back and try a different masseuse.
I've been to this location twice and I'll never go again... I asked for an hour long sports massage and they gave me 40 minutes at $100 for a basic massage.... At that price, I can get nearly two massages for the full hour back at home, and get the right massage
The best thing they offer is the free coconut water.
Had a membership, ( coconut point) went to cancell, they make it so its hard to cancell ! than when you do they get you for another month. When talking to the Mgr , She was the rudest person, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE.
Nice place but my Massage was mediocre. Seemed like the therapist was too new. Disappointing.
Note; the reason for cancelling, I had too many BAD massages. If you go the guys will do a better job then the girls.
