Once you walk in the salon, it feels like home. Others many tend to go elsewhere, but they all come back. Because this salon provides a comfort zone.
He told me to go back next day and we reschedule another appointment with one of the ladies there. The night after this happened i wrote a review and i guess he saw it later. well he calls me in the afternoon and surprise!! guess what he told me? IF YOU DON'T TAKE OUT THAT REVIEW WE ARE NOT GOING TO FIX YOUR NAILS...Oh yes, now the amazing manager of this place Bribed me...
Unfortunately i had the most unpleasant experience.I was in the area with some friends and we decided to try this place.I wanted to get a manicure and Vinny the manager convinced me to get the SNS because it was the best for your nails. supposedly this could last two or three weeks but after 3 days they feel off. Of course i went back to get it fix and i asked them if they could please change the color for the french. They told me that they could but that I need it to pay $5 more and $15 for the manicure.
i felt so disrespected and i told him that he should of call and let someone know that he was running more late and that they need it to take care of me. the answer that i got was that he didn't do that because he knew how picky i was...Unbelievable ....so he came back and told me that there was a lot of traffic and that i could go and do what i needed to do and come back later or another day...WOW! to add some more detail, he also told me that i need to give him some opportunity to fix my nails, that i needed to compromise...Really? if waiting for someone 45 min is not compromising i don't understand the meaning of it. I just wanted my money back and get out of that place..i Already wasted so much time, money and energy on something that should off being relaxing and enjoyable.
I decided to call back in the morning and i talked to him again and told him that i knew that i was wasting my time asking for my money back, i just wanted my nails fix and after that i was not going back to that place.
So much time, money and energy wasted on this place.
Wa does my nails. She is very professional and I highly recommend her.
I was upset that i had to go there again to fix something that should of last longer and not only that but that i was being charge more money after all. Lili was in charge that day and she wasn't very helpful or concerned that i was an unhappy client. I told them that i wanted my money back but they said NO because that is their policy. I left and i left my phone number for the manager to call me. Vinny the manager call me and apologized and told me to go back so he could personally fixed the nails. we schedule the appointment for 10:45 am next day. He was not there when i arrived to my appointment and after 15 min of waiting they call him on his cell and he talked to me and told me to wait for him 10 more min. I had another appointment at 12:15 and after i asked him if he was going to be able to do my nails in such a short time he said yes. he ended arriving at 11:30! cant you believe that? 45 min late to an appointment that he schedule himself to take care of a dissapointed client.
