I really wanted to like the Shoe Warehouse and get my sandals there. The owner refused to answer my shoe questions. He said, "I'm tired of people using me. Come back when you're ready to buy!" I will not set foot in that store again, ever. That was my second visit. The first visit I left quickly because the salesman refused to measure my feet. It is a shame, because, although the prices are high, the Shoe Warehouse has a terrific inventory of quality shoes. Do not go there
After buying three pairs of Memphistos I returned home and looked them up on line actually to find more colors, I realized I was charged $100.00 per pair more than anyone else sold them for. I got ripped off. I would have brought them back but I was back in Wi.

I visited the store today & was very impressed with the customer service and the wide variety of shoes they offer for men & women. Every shoe I tried on fit like a glove & offered unsurpassed comfort! Pricing was reasonable, good quality & convenient location. They just launched a new men's clothing line, the shirts look custom made and are very impressive! I highly recommend!
This dump does not deserve one star !!!! Beware of the owner who is a RUDE and hateful person. He ripped a card that our sales person gave me out of my hand and tore it up in front of me ! I am sure because I did not buy his overpriced $200 sandals. He SCREAMED at me to get out and that I wasted an hour of his staff"s time. Oh did I mention it was with my 94 year old parents that were looking for shoes after a failed foot SX ? The NO REFUND policy just was not an option for us since she has had so many issues. When HE found out we were not going to buy, he pretty much yelled us out of the store. My dad is a WWII vet using a walker and pretty much the kindest guy in the world. SHAME on you for harassing your customers. You are truly a disgrace to mankind. On a positive note our sales person TIm Snow? ( not sure since the OWNER ripped up his card) was amazing and very knowledgeable. He was kind and really tried his best to fit my mom with a shoe that would work for her. Good luck to you my friend. RUN don't walk from his place !!!!!!!!!
