Excellent customer service. Sales person, manager made sure I had the right fit and shoes. Spent necessary time to fit me properly. Owner also greeted me and was very nice. Excellent shopping experience and customer touchpoint.

Took my parents to get new shoes and we had such an amazing experience! Hannah was so helpful and gave us great customer service. The shoes are great quality and my parents were very happy!
They did not fit me in the correct size and came back next day and said they are a small store and store manger said we couldn't do anything.. The New Balance shoes I purchased in a dept store was 1/2 size smaller... $150 out the window very disappointing they would treat a client like this all I wanted was the correct size that fit.. Very Interesting your response is it because I posted this on a review you would come back and say I could return them went I went back in two days after my purchase... The sales person told me the Manager said he would not take them back just what i said in my review ....Very sad that your doing this after the fact to make points on google ....
