Chuck Prewitt is not a nice guy. Told him his estimate was ridiculous. HE replies, "thank you". His Estimate for a new tile roof was Double of my 5 other estimates. Not somebody I would want to do business with.

We had a leak in the flashing of our tile roof near the valley. Apparently it's common in that area on this particular model of home, especially with pressure washing regularly. We called Sunshine roofing. The staff was professional from start to finish. They came out and thoroughly inspected, located the problem and offered a reasonable rate for the repair. The repair was done in a timely manner, during rainy season I may add, and it was done correctly. We are very pleased and about to contact them again for another repair that has cropped up elsewhere.
