They showed me multiple options for roof styles and when I picked one, they got it approved by our neighborhood association. Then they gave me a reasonably priced contract. In about two weeks they had the roof tiles and in two weeks they had the roof done. It looks great. Their final bill did not contain any financial surprises. I am highly pleased.
