We have a wonderful restaurant here in Miami at the Dolphin Mall where we go to eat frequently and never have had any problems.
TLH doesn't have one of these yet - but there are plenty of people who want one.
Daughter's birthday - so we got the clapping/whooping it up treatment from a number of the servers.
I must say, this was nothing like what I anticipated. I had envisioned a schmaltzy operation (picture Village Inn's cake display) but I was very pleasantly surprised by an outstanding menu and definitive (if not downright platonic) cheesecakes.
Unfortunately, the food did not live up to what we expected for a well known restaurant. The pina colada was underwhelming and so was the food. It was literally just okay.
This is the third consecutive day I have dinner at the cheesecake factory in Naples. It never let me down. I had the shrimp scampi, delicious! And my boyfriend had the bacon cheeseburger. Staff very kind and attentive. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good food at a good price in a lovely place. Of course order a cheesecake even if you have no space for dessert...they give you box to bring it home! Well done cheesecake factory and please open up in Europe as well!!!!
Last week when we visited Naples, we stopped by The Cheesecake Factory. We were not very lucky this time. I asked for an omelette with slices of tomatoes on the side and a cup of coffee. The omelette was delicious, but instead of the tomatoes they gave me some burnt potatoes. When I complained to the the super nice server, he apologized and brought me some tomato slices. The coffee was horrendous and I sent it back. No coffee for me for my breakfast! My daughter ordered a hamburger medium well done, but they burnt it also. All this after waiting and waiting for service. We were leaving already when the server noticed and came running. My husband is diabetic and he was starving.
Very large menu. Abundant depth of options across a broad set of categories.
The bread and the cheesecake was delicious! And our waitress was really nice and friendly. She was very attentive. The decor was also beautiful!
Only good food. Not worth the effort. We ordered cheese cake and got half the size. Also when the hurricane hit. They charged for water. Just not the same place anymore.
