I usually don't go out of my way to give a review on anything, good or bad, but this has to be the best Chinese food in the area. I've lived in many places and am new to Naples, but this was hands down the best Chinese food I've ever had. Everything I ordered exceeded expectations, even the fortune cookies were better than I've ever had before. Their website is easy to use and place an order. The site says to allow a 55 minute delivery time, but I got my food in 30 minutes at dinner time on a Saturday. I have found my Chinese spot in Naples and will definitely be ordering again soon.
Fast and hot! They always quote me 30 minutes for delivery and arrive 15 minutes later. The food is also so hot that I have to let it cool off a little before eating it. These are two reasons I continue to order from China Chen aside from the food being of better quality than other places. I actually eat these leftovers lol
Live next to it. Always good. I get the honey chicken and they have the best white rice.
We have ordered from this establishment a few times and our most recent order was not good. In all fairness, the owner was very open to our suggestions and it is under new management so we will give them one more try in a few weeks. Biggest complaint is the hot and sour soup. The owner is trying to please the vegans of Naples and so they omitted the pork from the hot and sour soup (which gives it the flavor). I think they should make vegan hot & sour and regular hot & sour! Their Egg Rolls are good; much better that the Spring Rolls which may just need an extra minute in the deep fryer. They were kind of doughy. The entree we ordered was a chicken with lots of vegetables and that was very good but the sauce needs improvement; it was just flavorless. But I was so excited that the veggies were fresh and cooked perfectly and the chicken so tender that I give that higher marks just because I love veggies cooked that way. So, let's give them one more chance and hope that new management takes these comments under consideration. I like to see a new, small business' flourish.
