My food was skipped 4 times and when I asked why it was taking so long "staff members" proceeded to get incredibly nasty and hostile. Whatever, got my food and left. When I open my sandwich food was tossed everywhere and all stuck to the lid, went back and the "staff members" were literally laughing in my face and just plain nasty. You just lost my business. These people are not apt to deal with public.
The management sucks. I know because I worked there. They sell promotions that aren't supposed to be sold. They only care about how much money they make not about customers. Extremely rude when it gets too busy. I'd never offer someone to eat there. That place is a joke.
I have eaten at Charley's in Naples for over 20 years. The quality and portions have dwindled while prices have risen dramatically. Today will be my final visit. One very thin layer of beef, a few shreds of lettuce and small section of a slice of tomato instead of an entire slice. The price was $8.88 up more than $2.00 for a much smaller sandwich. The only decent part of the combo was the fries which are still good.
