We found the most comfortable baby recliner/glider at Mega Kids in Naples. Diane, the owner, was so patient working with my very particular personality. One night she stayed in the store almost an hour past closing time because I couldn’t make up my mind about colors and styles! Overall We had an AMAZING experience, Diane was super helpful and patient! We Highly recommend Mega Kids!!!
Fantastic from start to finish! Over quite a few months, I searched for high quality furniture for my soon-to-be 2 year old son's room. I started at Mega Kids where Diane was incredibly helpful in providing knowledge and expertise! I continued searching just to be sure what I liked at Mega Kids was the best quality for the money. Ultimately, I returned to Diane at Mega Kids and purchased a twin over full bunk set with trundle drawer, dressing chest, nightstand and mattresses. There was damage noted by the delivery man and without me even asking first, he said it would be returned and replaced with a new chest. The furniture looks amazing, but more importantly, it is very sturdy and with every possible safety feature a first time mum could wish for! My son also received an "Old Farts" book that makes farting noises which he "reads" on the way home from "school" nearly every day! Great customer service with a personal touch!
Bought an uppababy stroller here. Worker was very uneducated on the product. Sold me wrong pieces and left out multiple pieces I needed to complete the stroller.
