I think this is a great place to stay when visiting Naples. It is nice and modern yet warm and inviting... very comfortable. The rooms are spotless and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included with your stay here and is delicious. There are many personalized touches. These include: a special welcome sweet treat at 5:00 pm; and at breakfast; sliced almonds, raisins, and brown sugar for the oatmeal, chocolate chips, chocolate syrup, and whipped cream for your waffles; and fresh fruit, pastries, and muffins in addition to the regular breakfast fare. And all this for a reasonable price. Wow!
They're renovating. Still have comfy beds and pillows. Staff are helpful and friendly. Free breakfast is good.
The room was very clean however the pillows were flat and there was not good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was the typical free breakfast. It was hot, fresh and the breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The person working the front desk was nice. The pool could have been very nice. However. After my kids swam in it for 10 minutes we noticed it was full of paint chips. We all had to get out and go shower. Probably from renovations due to hurricane Irma.
It was ok. Walls were rather thin, we could hear neighbors speaking in regular volumes pretty clearly. That was a little annoying. Otherwise it was a clean and comfortable room. The breakfast buffet was ok and simple if you like high calorie highly processed, not great if you are a healthy eater....although they did have a big pot of unsweetened oatmeal, which was ok.
Nice facility currently undergoing a renovation (we were not at all inconvenienced). Nice location. Friendly staff.
