The Staff are wonderful. The are friendly, courteous and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I have never used Quest before and because of all the 1 star reviews, I thought I was going to walk into a nightmare, but the reviews are misleading. We walked in at 3:45 pm and out by 4:05pm. We were nicely greeted, the person taking the blood sample was very nice and professional, and the blood sample was taken on the first attempt. All in all, we had a great experience.
I came into this location as a walk-in. Waited 30 min until they were ready for me. A lot of people seem to come in as walk-ins, and I was not upset about the wait. Relatively there seems to always be a handful of people there waiting. The staff is so-so, but the technician who took my blood was very kind and efficient. Make sure you bring your lab order form with you, or be sure that your information is faxed to them as mine was not. Overall, I did not find it to be as bad as the more negative reviews state.
Clean, comfortable space. Much larger than the Bonita location. I got there 15 minutes before my 1:30pm appointment and was taken within 2 minutes. Back in my car even before my appointment time! Couldn believe it could be so fast in the middle of season. Nice, courteous staff.
