Ive gone to Costco over Sam's even tho Sam's is closer to me here in Naples.
The people who work in the wine section are amazing and always recommend the best wires and they are not always the most expensive, I give it a 4 because the parking lot and checkout areas stress me out.
Costco has been by go to Wholesale club since 1999 being a business executive member at that. Customer service has been great taking things back but has recently changed their system and can only look up receipts back 2 years now where they could look up receipts back 10 yrs+. So keep your receipts they will still take items back with a receipt or if they can find the item in their system.
I'm there at least 2x a month. Their gas prices are supposed to be cheaper than local stations but NOT always at the Naples Club they have been consistently tho at other clubs by 20 cents less.
A regular and frequent stop for a variety of items - both food and home necessities. They started our as butchers and it shows as their meats are outstanding. One of their huge and tender rotisserie chickens finds its way to our table at least three times a month. Love browsing there. Biggest wine retailer in America and the Belgian candies this time of year exceed any other place I can find.
Very good service! I liked the nice people! But i did not like the way the cash register people treat my items, i know there are big lines buy please try your best to treat the food such as breads and soft items with care. Thanks!
They always have their staple items, seasonal items. I have found a few things to be priced high but overall they are 20% less than retail prices not incl sales.
I just wish they would build one closer out to NORTH EAST NAPLES so we don't have to drive all the way out to West Naples.
Great deals -the only issue is when they hand out food - blue hairs stop no matter where they are, once they chew there brain shut off...sad
