Great car wash! The staff is excellent and they pay meticulous attention to detail. I always get the Platinum wash and each time my car looks and smells brand new. At my last visit I spoke with Wesley Fortini, the Service Advisor, and he took the time to expertley explain the benefits of the services Waterfalls provided. I highly recommend Waterfalls Auto Spa.
Wesley was very friendly and helpful! He showed me all the options and made sure my car was taken care of. I will definitely be coming back here for the customer service alone. I highly recommend Waterfalls if you are looking the get the best car wash or detail for your money.
I opted in for tge gold wash, they upsold me the bug removal option for 4.00$ more and my car was still dirty after it was finished. Whole rear end of car still looked dirty like they didnt even wash it. I swiped my finger across it softly and came right off on my hand. Door jams were filthy and windows were not washed. They didn't bother vacuuming the seats and the floor still had leaves on it. My car was not really bad before i took it in. The spray they put on to wash it missed most spots and never rinsed off. Door handles outside were dirty still ontop and under. Gas station drive through car washes do a better job. I took a rag and wiped car and dirt came off, don't understand why they didn't get it. Now i have to rewash my car.I will not return there. 28.00$ down the drain when calypso car wash charges 13.00$ and its immaculate.
Excellent Service. Very friendly with a courteous smile right at the greeting all the way through. Everyone was attentive and precise especially Wesley Fortini. He broke down the different options available to me and my wife and we are very happy with our detail.
