SO HOW DO I REVIEW THIS PLACE. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A WARM FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!! It is snobby. It is pretentious My husband and I with our young family have been coming to this resort before it was even on the map...since 2009. Well we sold our motorhome and went to a 5th wheel to help in a new building of our home. Because we did not own A class we knew we could no longer stay. We had friends there and each year we returned to Naples we would stop and see them. We felt like family. Sooo because of our long time relationship with friends there one night we came over and my 7 years old son wanted to play tennis...well our friends were not there and because we were such long term customers we felt it was okay to play a game..no one was using the court we just thought it was ok. Well we were wrong. 4 years later and the purchase of a new coach we tried to return... to find out we were BLACK LISTED never spoken to about the matter. Never had one single conversation with us. This extremely rude man in about his later 60s with white hair just started yelling at us to leave giving us absolutely no reason. He was soooo rude so mean in front of a young child. Was horrible. We never did anything wrong to deserve this kind of treatment. We are a God loving family...we do not drink or smoke or cause any disturbance and to be completely treated like this was the most unprofessional I have ever experienced. I am telling you from my heart...do not support a resort that can treat a young family the way they have treated us.
Beautiful resort. Luxurious landscaping with towering stately palms lining each street. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!
It is a beautiful place but no amenities we're operational and there were no people in attendance to help us. Shame . . Such a great place, but all but abandoned. We left.
